Consignment Notice 1. The consignor may acquire consultation by dialing 85205535 or 85205538 or at the counter for any unclear matters related to consignment. 2. The consignor should fill in the Freight Consignment Form with the following items according to the facts: 1) Port of departure / destination 2) Name / unit name of consignor 3) Name / unit name of consignee 4) Name, package and quantity of freight consigned 5) Whether purchase the aviation freight transportation insurance / real value of the freight 6) Notes on preservation and transportation / whether apply for urgent transportation / other requirements 3. The consignor should fill in the consignment forms separately for the freights that can not be transported together according to the transportation conditions and freight nature (e.g. hazardous articles may not be transported with other goods). 4. The freight should be well packed against any damage, falloff, leakage, impairing and polluting plane equipment or other articles during transportation. The freights that are precise, frangible, shock sensitive and disinversable should be proper packed and attached with appropriate signs so as to ensure safe transportation. 5. If the cargos consigned are overlarge and overweight, the consignor should consult the counter on gate size and floor-bearing capacity of the cargo bay of relevant plane model in advance. The cargos exceeding relevant standard will not be consigned for shipment. 6. For the cargos limited by the governing department of consigning country, the consignor should prepare relevant certificates (e.g. transport permit) in advance. 7. The consignor should submit the form and pay appropriate expenses when the Freight Consignment Form is completed and the cargos are weighed and receive security check. The consignee go through the procedures of declaration and commodities inspection with valid ID Card, certificate provided by the unit and the original of consignment note. 3. The international consignment operator transact the procedure of collection with the release seal of the customs and the release document of commodities inspection authorities. 4. Collect the treatment fees, forklift cost and overtime expenses according to the financial charge standard.
