Security check Procedure:
1. Go through boarding procedures and consign baggage for shipment at the counter.
2. Pay the airport construction fees and buy insurance.
3. Enter Departures and wait for boarding message when security check is made on persons and carry-on items.

To maintain public security of civil aviation and safeguard security of the plane and passengers, the public notice is given as follows, under the Public Notice on Safeguarding Civil Aviation Security formulated by the State Council and according to the governing national laws and regulations:

Ⅰ. The passengers are strictly prohibited from carrying the following articles on plane or placing the following articles in the baggage or cargo for shipment: firearms (including various emulated cap pistol, gun-shape lighter and other aggressive weapons), ammunition, ordnance, police instrument, controlled cutting tools, explosives, flammables, hypertoxics, radiations, corrosives, hazardous solutions and other articles embargoed by the state. The violators will be sent to the public security organ as soon as be detected.

Ⅱ. The edge tools and blunt tools other than the controlled cutting tools (including such cutting tools as kitchen knife, fruit knife, dinner knife, handicraft knife, scalpel as well as steel file, iron wimble, axe, short stick, hammer, etc,) are listed as non-carry-on items and should be put into the baggage for shipment. Those who hide the tools aforesaid intentionally will be sent to the public security organ as soon as be detected. In this case, violators have to undertake the losses of delay by themselves.

Ⅲ. All passengers other than the persons exempted from inspection according to the governing regulations have to receive security check. To enter departure areas, the staff members of the civil aviation and the site working personnel of inspection unit have to produce the Departure Pass issued by CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China) or the public security organ of the airport. The above working personnel have to receive security check as did on the ordinary passengers while taking plane.

Ⅳ. The passengers have to receive security check on the appointed security check passage when taking domestic flight.

Ⅴ. The passengers taking domestic flight have to arrive at the airport within the time prescribed and then go through boarding procedures with the tickets and valid identity documents. The passengers of first class are allowed to take two pieces of hand luggage and those of tourist class are allowed to take one piece of hand luggage. The hand luggage should be kept within 20cm×40cm×55cm in size and be kept within 5kg in weight. The luggage exceeding the quantities, size and weight aforesaid should be consigned for shipment as baggage or cargo. For the passengers refusing consignment request, the working personnel of the airport and civil aviation shall be entitled to refuse their boarding.

Ⅵ. The passengers are strictly prohibited from purchasing tickets and boarding with identity documents forged or with others’ identity documents by assuming their own.

Ⅶ. The passengers are strictly prohibited from consigning others’ baggage for shipment or taking hand-baggage for strangers by use of their own tickets.

Ⅷ. The passengers are strictly prohibited from interfering in the aircrew’s work, breaking normal order of the passenger compartment and endangering flight security. All passengers have to obey the aircrew’s management in the course of flight.

Ⅸ. Nobody are allowed to hamper the security check personnel, police and other working personnel from performing official duties on any excuse. The public security organ shall investigate and deal with the violators according to the Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Punishments in Public Order and Security Administration and the rules related to civil aviation security issued by CAAC. Those who commit a crime will be investigated into criminal responsibilities.
