Whether they visit for business or leisure, in order to help Chinese customers feel more at home in Britain, British Airways recently introduced an online campaign in China called “The Best of British Etiquette”. By visiting ba.com/britishetiquette, Sina Weibo (weibo.com/britishairways) or WeChat, Chinese travellers can learn more about British culture, mannerisms and idiosyncrasies in a lighthearted and interactive way.

British Airways also provides customers with a wide range of exclusive offers at a number of the UK’s most well-known shopping and sightseeing destinations. Customers simply need to present their boarding passes to take advantage of fantastic offers from attractions such as Liberty, Westfield Shopping Centres, Bicester Village and The Shard.
